Camilla Marks

Co- Founder & CEO | ParenTalk

Camilla Marks is the Founder and CEO of ParenTalk, an evidence-based organisation helping employers support working parents through specialist consultations, Drop-In Clinics, digital resources and workplace education.

A Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, qualified Primary School Teacher and holder of an MSc in Behavioural Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, Camilla brings more than 20 years' experience supporting children, parents and professionals across education, healthcare and government. She previously served as National Specialist Lead for Behaviour with Ireland's National Council for Special Education (NCSE), where she advised on behaviour, early intervention and inclusive educational practice at a national level.

Through her work with thousands of families, Camilla recognised that parenting challenges don't stop when employees arrive at work. Increasingly, parents are balancing complex issues including neurodiversity, child and adolescent mental health, school transitions and family wellbeing alongside demanding careers. This insight led her to establish Toddler Talk in 2018 and co-found ParenTalk in 2023, bringing specialist parenting support directly into the workplace.

Today, Camilla works with leading organisations including Bon Secours Health System, Beacon Hospital, the Central Bank of Ireland, Tourism Ireland and other employers across the public and private sectors, helping organisations integrate specialist parent support into their wider wellbeing strategies.

At the Wellness Summit, Camilla will share how parenting has become one of the most significant and often overlooked drivers of employee wellbeing, drawing on real-world case studies, workforce insights and practical examples of how healthcare organisations can better support the people behind patient care.

Her work demonstrates that supporting working parents is not simply a family-friendly initiative; it is a strategic investment in employee wellbeing, engagement, retention and organisational performance, ensuring people receive the right support at the right time.
