Dr Louise Fitzgerald is a General Practitioner at Grafton Medical, where she is Clinical Lead for Menopause and Occupational Health, and she also leads menopause services at The Avoca Clinic. She is involved in health education initiatives with the Irish College of General Practitioners and the Irish Heart Foundation, with a focus on women’s health and digital patient education. She is a co-host of the Lady Bites podcast, which promotes evidence-based discussion of women’s health. Louise also has an interest in primary care research and currently collaborates in the European General Practice Research Network (EGPRN) Eurodata research group.​‌
